Shipping

Shipping your product is our highest priority. However, because most of our warehouses are located internationally, our shipping and handling times may vary and, therefore, we cannot offer next-day delivery.

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately forward your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging, which may take an additional 1-4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination, which typically takes 10-15 days, although actual shipping times may vary.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time (link to tracking page). Please note that while most of our shipping companies offer a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
